Why your RV needs it:

Annual inspection and servicing of brakes, wheels, axles, and suspension components helps detect potential issues before they cause a problem and ensure safe and reliable operation of your trailer while driving on the road. Your safety, and of those around you, starts with a well-maintained RV.

This service is of particular importance to people that tow their trailers regularly or trips that entail driving long distances.

Annual bearing inspection and replacing is an important part of ensuring that your trailer maintains safe driving characteristics while traveling between home and your destination.

Failed wheel bearings can cause expensive damage to axels and wheels, and in the most severe failures can result in tire blowouts, wheel separation, and fire.

Recommended service every 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first)
OR
Every 24-36 months for trailer that are only moved seasonally

Why your RV needs it:

Exterior slide gaskets are typically made of rubber. Over time, and with exposure to RV light and ozone in the air, these seals will harden and crack if not properly maintained and conditioned. Hardened seals and debris on slide roofs are common but preventable causes of water leaks.

On some systems, RV slide rails and drives need to be cleaned and serviceable components lubricated to prevent operational issues such as :binding, excessive noise, and possible damage to the slide mechanism during operation.

Stabilizer and leveling jacks also need to be serviced regularly to prevent debris from building up and fouling the jack assembly which can result in operational issues.

Recommended service every 12 months

What our RV service technicians do:

  • Remove windows and reseal
  • Remove corner moldings and reseal
  • Remove Roof Seam Front & Rear and reseal

Why your RV needs it:

Over time, window and corner molding seals could start to leak. By applying an RV window sealant, you will be protecting your RV from water damage. Professionally applying a good sealant will help prevent potential water leakage.

Recommended service every 36-48 months

Why your RV needs it:

Having access to water is an amenity that some RVers may take for granted until they notice that the water in their RV has a foul odor, tastes strange, or becomes unsafe to drink or use. The key to keeping your RV water clean, fresh, and safe is by sanitizing your RV tank. Sanitizing your water tank is the best way to ensure that your water tastes good and is safe to consume or use. Failure to sanitize your water tank can lead to bacteria growth and other health and nuisance issues down the road.

  • Develop a cost estimate for sealant repairs
  • Minor areas of damaged/failed sealant that can be repaired as part of the inspection will be done as part of the inspection
  • Removing front & rear transition moldings, cleaning off sealant, and resealing
  • Typical sealant repairs may include the following:
  •       - removing windows, cleaning off old sealant, and rebedding with window
  •       - removing corner moldings, cleaning off old sealant, and resealing

Why your RV needs it:

Have your roof regularly cleaned and treated at least once a year to prevent mold, sap build-up or potential damage that could cause leaks.

Over time windows, molding, and roof/wall mounted accessory seals tend to fail by losing their flexibility. This loss in flexibility is due to weather from ozone / UV damage. A loss in flexibility results in cracking/splitting of seals which will results in leaks.

A small investment in maintaining your RV's seals, and proactively looking for areas where sealant may be starting to fail, will help to avoid expensive water damage down the road.
