Hambly’s Countrywide Home Furnishings and Appliances
With the successful beginnings of the housing and recreation vehicle sales division, Hambly Enterprises Ltd.

Hambly Rentals Ltd.
A continued desire to diversify the business led to the construction of Hambly Enterprises Ltd.’s first 12-unit apartment building in 1983 and the
inception of Hambly Rentals Ltd. Today, Hambly Rentals owns eleven apartment complexes that offer a range of modest to deluxe living accommodations in choice areas of Charlottetown.
Other aspects of the business include three land lease communities:
Riverview, Chateau, and Parkwood. A fourth modular home land lease community, River Ridge Estates, is now
under development. |
Now, four decades later, Hambly Enterprises Ltd. has evolved from a three-man shop to
a staff of 35 employees. Having outgrown the original store facilities
on Kensington Road, a
modern new sales outlet was built next door.
